Michel Daher

Michel Daher has a strong background in information security and cyber security. Michel began their career as a Network and System Administrator at ADMIC Sal in 2015, where they gained experience in Cisco switching and routing configurations. Michel then worked at First National Bank Lebanon as a Network and Communication Officer, where they handled network performance monitoring, routing and switching activities, and maintenance of ATMs and IP telephony systems.

In 2019, Daher joined Byblos Bank Group as a Senior Information Security Administration Officer, where they oversaw security projects. Michel later became a Senior Information Security Administration Officer, focusing on information security administration.

In 2021, Daher joined KPMG as a Cyber Security Consultant, specializing in privacy and cyber security. Michel also briefly worked as a Senior Cyber Security & Privacy Consultant. Currently, Daher holds the position of Head of Information Security at BBE, where they lead the organization's information security efforts.

Michel Daher pursued their education at Arts Sciences & Technology University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Communication Engineering in the year 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michel has obtained several certifications in various fields. Some notable certifications include Azure Security Engineer Associate AZ500 from Microsoft in December 2022, PROFESSIONAL / WCP-P PAM - BASTION from WALLIX Group in November 2021, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ900 from Microsoft in April 2021. Michel also holds certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in September 2019 and various certifications related to security and information technology from Qualys, FireEye, and Scrum.org in the years 2020 and 2021.
