Eileen Quiring O'Brien

Eileen Quiring O'Brien serves as the Council Chair for Clark County, Washington, since January 2017, and has extensive experience in local government as a County Councilor. In addition to public service, Eileen has been a Real Estate Broker at Remax Equity Group since 2012, having previously worked as a Broker from 2005 to 2009. Eileen founded and served as the Executive Director of the Robert D & Marcia H Randall Charitable Trust, where significant grant-making activities were established. Eileen's political experience includes serving as both an Oregon State Senator and an Oregon State Representative, noted for leadership and efficiency in legislative processes. Earlier career roles include positions as a Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Agent, as well as owning a small business. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Human Resources from George Fox University.
