Scott M. Shea is a seasoned legal professional specializing in construction and real estate law, as well as general civil litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Beltzer Bangert & Gunnell LLP since March 2018, Scott has built a robust career that includes roles as an Associate at Sherman & Howard and an Attorney at Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C. Scott's early experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Tiemeier & Stich, P.C. and as an intern at CH2M HILL. Prior to entering the legal field, Scott worked as a Senior Associate at Lantz-Boggio Architects, leading design teams on significant projects totaling $200 million. Scott holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, a Master of Architecture in Accessible and Universal Design, and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture from the University at Buffalo.
