Dave Ross

Dave Ross, MAI, ASA, FRICS, is a Managing Director at BBG Inc. and has had an extensive career in real estate appraisal and market analysis. Previously, they served as President of VSI Appraisal Group, where they specialized in multifamily development and gained significant experience with various government financing programs. Dave's earlier roles included Project Director at The Danter Company and VP of Market Research at Miller Valentine Group, among others. They earned an MBA from Capital University and a B.A. in Urban Planning from Wright State University.
