Eric Sila

Eric Sila is the Head of Business Support at bbk in Kenya, where they have been leading the Business Support team since 2009. With a strong focus on team and portfolio management, Eric oversees high-value case approvals and plays a key role in staff recruitment and talent development. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Support & Recoveries at Barclays Bank of Uganda Ltd from 2007 to 2009, where they handled complex negotiations and contributed to business strategy formulation. Eric holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from the University of Nairobi.
