Vinícius Assis

Vinícius Assis is a junior lawyer at BBL Advogados since March 2022, specializing in strategic litigation and arbitration. Previous roles include positions as a trainee and legal intern, focusing on dispute resolution related to digital services, technology, fintechs, cybersecurity, and intellectual property conflicts. Vinícius serves as a member and executive director of the Comitê de Jovens Arbitralistas and has contributed to the Centro de Pesquisa em Jurisdição Constitucional. As a co-founder and vice-president of the Liga de Inovação, Tecnologia e Direito, Vinícius played a key role in establishing the first unified academic league at Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro. Research experience includes a project analyzing constitutional interpretation in the Supreme Federal Court's jurisprudence. Vinícius holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro and is pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Civil Law at UERJ.
