Carrie Hillenbrandt has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Carrie started their career in 1995 at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where they held various positions in revenue management and group sales. Carrie later joined MapInfo/Pitney Bowes as an inside sales representative in 2000, and then moved on to Albany Marriott as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2003. In 2008, they joined BBL Hospitality and has since held several roles, including Director of Sales and Marketing, VP of Sales and Marketing, and most recently, Sr. VP. At BBL Hospitality, they led the Sales and Revenue Management team to maximize revenue for a portfolio of hotels and restaurants, representing brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Starwood. Additionally, they served as the Past President of the Meeting Professionals International Northeastern NY Chapter from 2007 to 2008.
