Currently serving as the Director of Brand Strategy at Bader Rutter since August 2014, Rodger has also held senior roles at BBN The World's B2B Agency and IAS b2b Marketing. As a co-developer of the BAM model, Rodger's career spans various executive positions across top agencies, including creative leadership and strategic planning roles, focusing on developing and managing brands as valuable business assets. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Nazareth College.
