Sharonda Dailey Thompson

Sharonda Dailey Thompson is a seasoned education professional currently serving as Co-Director of College Counseling at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School since May 2021. Previously, Sharonda held various roles including Associate Director of College Counseling and Student Support Coordinator at The Wheeler School, where a Student Support Program was created to aid traditionally underrepresented students. Additional experience includes positions as Associate Director of College Counseling at Choate Rosemary Hall and Senior and Assistant Dean of Admission at Wesleyan University. Sharonda began career work as an Admissions Counselor at the University of Saint Joseph and as an Elementary School Teacher in Hartford Public Schools and through Teach for America. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University.
