Ernest Akinlola is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in managing and advising businesses across various sectors, particularly in Africa. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Bboxx Nigeria, Akinlola established operations and drives expansion in the solar energy and utility sectors. As a Startup Mentor for the World Bank Group since 2013, Akinlola provides expertise to entrepreneurs and accelerates start-up growth. Akinlola is also the founder of Allumno and RIGHT INSTINCT LIMITED, focusing on customer engagement and business growth in the digital age, respectively. Previous roles include MD/CEO at ntel, Executive Director at Telcoinabox, and Director of Government Relations at BlackBerry, where Akinlola built strategic partnerships to foster technology development.
