Cecilia Stout

Cecilia Stout is an experienced Application Engineer currently with BBP since October 2022, previously serving as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Electrolux from February 2022 to September 2022, and as a Product Development Engineer at AFL from June 2017 to May 2021. Cecilia's expertise includes leading new product development projects in plastic protection injection molded products for fiber optics and electronics, utilizing tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, and Ansys for design and analysis. Notable accomplishments include executing the stage gate process for product development, designing CSM brackets, and creating test programs in compliance with industry standards. Prior roles also involved process engineering and design engineering, contributing to sensor design and waterproof RF technology development. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
