As project manager, her main responsibilities include team scheduling, capacity management, budget monitoring and client communication. She not only ensures work is delivered on time, in scope and within budget — her efforts also guarantee we’re meeting client expectations. Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication (Public Relations) from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019. Since then, she’s gained experience in nonprofit marketing, event coordination, higher education fundraising and agency operations. Her background with small teams that have big goals and few resources makes her a multifaceted manager capable of quickly adjusting to any new need and project parameter thrown her way.
