Jeff Feng has a diverse work experience history. Jeff began their career as a Lifesaving Instructor and Lifeguard for the City of Toronto from August 2006 to August 2008. Jeff then worked as a Summer Camp Counselor for the YMCA of Greater Toronto in the summer of 2009.

In 2011, Jeff co-founded TGN.TV, a MCN that provided gamers with monetization and content development opportunities. Shortly after its purchase, TGN.TV was integrated into BroadbandTV's creator ecosystem.

Jeff joined YouTube in March 2008 as an Independent Producer, where they gained valuable experience in content creation and management.

At BBTV, they started as an HR/Recruitment Consultant in March 2012 and later became the Human Resources Manager in November 2012 until February 2014. Jeff then served as the Executive Assistant from July 2013 until April 2022. In May 2018, Jeff took on the role of Strategic Business Development and Content Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategy, starting in April 2022.

Jeff Feng holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology obtained from the University of Waterloo, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Currently, Jeff is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Business, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete by 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Jeff has obtained various project management certifications from Google in 2022, including Agile Project Management, Google Project Management, Graduate Certificate in Management, Project Execution, Project Planning, Foundations of Project Management, and Project Initiation. Jeff also holds certifications such as Leader in Training from the City of Toronto and Lifesaving and Swim Instructor, NLS (National Lifeguard Service), Standard First Aid, and WHMIS Training from the Lifesaving Society Canada.
