Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience also includes working as a nutritionist in a private practice and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019 - 2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011 - 2015).
