Rubén Sánchez Ortega

Rubén Sánchez Ortega, CFA, CIPM, FRM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and risk analysis. Currently serving as Vice President at BBVA Asset Management since April 2018, Rubén previously held various managerial roles at BBVA from February 2006 to April 2018, including leading IT projects for Corporate and Investment Banking and performing senior analyst duties in market risk. Rubén's educational background includes a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and Banking from Universidad del País Vasco, a Data Science certification from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics from the University of Deusto, and a degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
