Carmen Isbelia Anteliz Gelves

Carmen Isbelia Anteliz Gelves serves as the Head of Risk Solutions Group at BBVA en México since April 2016, and previously held the roles of Senior Project Program Manager and Director of Tecnología de Riesgos. In this capacity, Carmen directs technological projects for the Risk Management Division, focusing on admission, monitoring, recovery, and regulatory control. Prior experience includes serving as the Gerente de Herramientas de Riesgos at BBVA Colombia from January 2010 to March 2016, where responsibility included managing technology projects and risk tools to support decision-making at both local and corporate levels. Carmen began her career at BBVA Banco Frances, overseeing the implementation of risk technology platforms across South America. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Business Administration from CENTRUM PUCP, a certification in Project Management from Universidad de La Sabana, and a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Libre.
