Alfonso Fernandez Iglesias serves as the Global Head of Digital Sales & Marketing Discipline at BBVA since July 2025. Prior to this role, Alfonso accumulated extensive experience at Samsung Electronics from January 2012 to July 2025, where responsibilities encompassed leadership positions such as CMO & Head of Ecommerce (D2C) Iberia and CMO & Digital Transformation Iberia. Earlier in the career, Alfonso held various marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Sr Brand Manager for the Energy Drinks category, and roles at Kellogg Company and Mondelēz International. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Marketing Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and an International Digital Seminar in Business Strategy from Harvard University.
