Alicia Lopez Varea has over three decades of experience in human resources, project management, and technology within the banking sector, primarily at BBVA, where various leadership roles have been held since 2000. Alicia currently serves as Directora de Producción de RRHH / T&C Planning & Production, overseeing budgetary support and technological infrastructure for the Talent & Culture area. Prior positions include Directora HRIS and Directora Proyectos de Transformación y Tecnología, focusing on implementing HR systems across multiple countries and driving transformation projects. Earlier career roles at Bankinter and Postal Sistemas Informáticos involved responsibilities in systems for payment methods and accounting applications. Alicia holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
