Diego A Rojas Mateus, CFA, is a Global Markets Managing Director with over 18 years of experience in FX and rates. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director and Head of Global Markets Brazil at BBVA, where they lead a team focused on market making and risk management. Previously, Diego held various roles at BBVA, including Executive Director for LatAm Interest Rates and FX Trading, where they managed risk and implemented innovative trading strategies. Diego also gained valuable experience at Citi and Bancolombia, specializing in FX and interest rate derivatives.
