Eric Cohen is an accomplished consultant specializing in governance, risk management, and controls with extensive experience in Third Party Risk. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at BBVA, Eric has successfully developed and implemented a TPRM Awareness Program that enhanced stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Eric contributed to General Atlantic and PwC, focusing on IT audit and Third Party Risk Management. Eric's significant tenure at MUFG Americas included creating a robust Third-Party Cybersecurity Risk program that dramatically increased the volume of Due Diligence Assessments, while experiences at Morgan Stanley involved leading the development of a Global Sarbanes-Oxley Certification Program. Eric's career began at Citibank as a Project Leader, with educational credentials including an MBA in Finance & Investments from Pace University and a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University, along with a CFP designation from New York University.
