Erlantz Penalba Arce has extensive experience in project finance and credit risk monitoring, currently serving as the US Head of Project Finance & Credit Risk Monitoring at BBVA since September 2008. Previously held positions at BBVA include Vice President and lead for Counterparty Risk & Financial Institutions USA Credit Risk Analyst, Associate in Project Finance Credit Risk, Senior Analyst in Risk & Portfolio Management Structured Finance, and Analyst in Structured Finance. Erlantz began the career at BBVA as an intern in Structured Finance Asia in mid-2007. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto and Mannheim Business School.
