Fernando Valera Guardiola

Fernando Valera Guardiola is a Compensation Manager in the Talent & Culture department at BBVA, where they have worked since 2015. In their current role, they manage the annual remuneration benchmark for corporate units and oversee the annual evaluation and variable remuneration processes for all employees at the BBVA Group. Previously, they held various positions within BBVA, focusing on compensation analysis and database design in the Corporate & Investment Banking sector. Fernando earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and also studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
