Javier Garcia

Javier Garcia is a Managing Director and the Head of Information Security for BBVA's New York office, where they focus on cybersecurity and risk governance in corporate and investment banking. With extensive experience at BBVA since 2001, Javier has held various senior roles, including Director of Information Security Governance at BBVA USA, and has a background in IT consulting at Accenture. They earned a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo and completed the General Management Program at IESE Business School.
