Marta Mateos Jiménez

Marta Mateos Jiménez is the Head of Corporate Compensation at BBVA, a position they have held since 2022. With prior experience in various roles at BBVA, including Investor Relations & Business Development and Institutional Clients, they have built a robust background in finance and management. Marta began their career as an Actuary at Seguros Santa Lucia, S.A, and also worked in institutional sales at CM Capital Markets. They hold an Executive MBA from IE Business School and various other qualifications, including a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
