Rajat Bhatnagar

Rajat Bhatnagar is a seasoned professional in risk management and program management with extensive experience across several leading financial institutions. Currently serving as the Third Party Risk Head for BBVA in the US since January 2019, Rajat oversees compliance with multiple US regulations and EBA DORA across various business entities. Since June 2017, Rajat has also been engaged in Third Party and GDPR Risk Management at Morgan Stanley. Previous roles include Program Manager for Know Your Third Party Risk at IHS Markit, Director of Governance at PMI New York, and Program Manager at Citigroup, among others. Rajat holds a Master's Degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and has a strong foundation in operational, IT audit, and advisory functions through roles at eDigitalConnect and GE Capital Equity Company.
