Rugile Bianchi

Rugile Bianchi, CFA, currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Fund Finance EMEA at BBVA, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rugile Bianchi accumulated extensive experience at Lloyds Banking Group from October 2014 to July 2025, progressing from Associate Director to Director within the Financial Sponsors team in Corporate and Institutional Banking. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking from September 2013 to October 2014 and a Senior Associate position at PwC from September 2010 to September 2013, specializing in the audit of pension funds and other financial entities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi and the International Baccalaureate from Vilnius Lyceum.
