Sarah Swammy

Sarah Swammy currently serves as Managing Director at BBVA Securities Inc. since February 2025. Previously, Sarah held the position of COO for Global Risk Management Platforms and Market Behavior Analytics at Bank of America from March 2024 to February 2025. Sarah's experience includes serving as MD/COO at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where responsibilities included transforming the Risk Target Operating Model to enhance operational effectiveness. At Wells Fargo, Sarah was the SVP and COO for Wholesale Regulatory Control, overseeing complex risk and control operations. Furthermore, at State Street, Sarah worked as Senior Managing Director and COO, advising on business development, strategy, and compliance. Sarah is an alumna of Harvard Business School, completing the Advanced Management Program.
