Lois Marino

Lois Marino possesses extensive experience in community relations and philanthropic operations. Since November 2012, Marino has served as the Executive Director of the BBX Capital Foundation, overseeing daily operations of a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the arts, education, and human services while leading philanthropic strategies. Previously, from March 2019 to January 2022, Marino held the position of VP of Retail Operations and Community Engagement at Hoffman's Chocolates, where responsibilities included managing factory production and operations across seven stores in South Florida and overseeing branding and marketing initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a role as AVP and Manager of the Office of WOW at BankAtlantic from October 1999 to October 2012, where Marino led the Kid Power Program and managed key marketing relationships, including with the Florida Panthers.
