Julia Cinnamon

Julia Cinnamon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Director of Central Region West and Senior Director of Philanthropic Engagement at BBYO since October 2022, Julia focuses on enhancing Jewish experiences for teens through strategic engagement with alumni, parents, and community members. Prior roles include West Development Director at Repair the World, where Julia oversaw major gifts, and Senior Individual Giving Manager at City Year, achieving notable successes in donor retention and fundraising events. Julia's earlier experience includes marketing and business development roles at Spice Solar and Morningside Translations, where innovative strategies led to significant increases in media presence and client engagement. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Rutgers University.
