Maxwell Hendrix

Maxwell Hendrix serves as the Senior Director of Philanthropic Engagement at BBYO, where responsibilities include leading the Every Jewish Teen Campaign to expand chapters and communities across various regions in the United States. Maxwell has extensive experience in youth engagement and community building, having held positions at the Minnesota Jewish Community Center as Northstar BBYO Director and Teen Director, where inter-organizational programming was facilitated. Prior roles include Leadership and Engagement Associate at Minnesota Hillel, Summer Assistant Director at URJ Kutz Camp, and Berman Fellow at Michigan Hillel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Jewish Education from Hebrew Union College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota.
