Trisha Helchinger

Trisha Helchinger is a seasoned professional in human resources and policy management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BBYO since May 2019, Trisha has managed the entire recruitment life cycle and led significant projects to improve operational efficiency. Previous roles include Administrative Analyst at Self-Help Enterprises, where Trisha managed substantial grant funds and conducted marketing campaigns, and a position as Legislative Aide in the Wisconsin State Assembly, where Trisha supported legislative processes and research. Trisha's early career included roles in public service, such as Deputy Scheduler for Governor Jim Doyle, where Trisha coordinated the internship program and handled scheduling priorities. Trisha holds a Master of Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
