Graham Held

Graham Held has extensive experience in assessment and local government, currently serving as Manager Local Government at BC Assessment since May 1993, with previous roles including Manager of Assessment Appeals, Deputy Assessor, Senior Appraiser, and Appraiser. In addition to their work at BC Assessment, Graham Held has been a Board Member at the Local Government Leadership Academy since September 2022 and a Tutor at the UBC Sauder School of Business since September 2007. From October 2017 to October 2019, Graham Held served as President of the British Columbia Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Graham Held earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia between 1991 and 1993.
