Kim Carter

Kim Carter currently serves as the Manager of Accounting and Reporting at BC Assessment since March 2023. Prior to this position, Kim held various roles within the BC Public Service from January 2017 to March 2023, including Finance Manager and A/Director of Financial Operations. Additional experience includes multiple positions at CPA Canada as Accountant II from October 2014 to October 2016 and roles at CGA-Canada from January 2005 to September 2014, culminating in Accountant I/II. Kim's early career involved work as a Curriculum Development Assistant during a co-op position at CGA-Canada. Kim holds a CPA, CGA designation in Accounting and Finance from the Certified General Accountants of BC and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria.
