Erica Groschler

Erica Groschler is an experienced organizational development professional, currently serving as President at TPS Consulting Ltd. since January 2003. Erica specializes in team development, organizational culture, conflict resolution, engagement, and complex system change. In recent roles, Erica has contributed to leadership development initiatives at several organizations, including Proshow Audiovisual and BC Cancer, where a focus on high-performance team building and strategic leadership has been emphasized. Additional experience includes facilitating senior leadership teams at Island Health and Victoria Cool Aid Society, and conducting leadership coaching at Kandor Management Corporation. Erica holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University and has pursued various certifications related to leadership and organizational dynamics.
