Kashish Doshi

Kashish Doshi is a skilled bioinformatician currently working at Roche since January 2025, where expertise lies in developing scalable computational workflows and conducting in-depth data analysis to enhance oncology research. Prior to this role, Kashish served as a Bioinformatics Scientist at BC Cancer since January 2021, focusing on the integration of multiomic data at single-cell resolution to investigate lymphoma progression. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Immunology from The University of British Columbia, complemented by an Honors degree in Biotechnology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Prior work experience includes research assistant positions at both the BC Cancer Foundation and the UBC Department of Microbiology and Immunology, as well as internships at Ajanta Pharma Ltd and Collateral, where Kashish contributed to various projects involving data organization and presentation development.
