Mary Nagy

Mary Nagy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Program Operations Manager for Breast & Lung Screening at BC Cancer since May 2017, Mary has a strong background in leading client service teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior roles include Director of Client Service & Ticket Operations at Canucks Sports & Entertainment, where Mary oversaw a team dedicated to improving the fan experience for over 17,000 season ticket members. Additional experience includes managerial positions in customer sales and service within various organizations, including Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment and Blockbuster Canada. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba and further education from The University of British Columbia.
