Pawan Pandoh

Pawan Pandoh, BSc, PMP, has extensive experience in the field of personalized medicine and onco-genomics, currently serving as a Process Development Coordinator at BC Cancer since March 2000. Key responsibilities include employing NGS platforms for personalized medicine, procuring and preparing patient samples for NGS, and training staff on new procedures. Pawan has a strong focus on automation in NGS library preparation, as well as troubleshooting process failures and ensuring data quality. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at BC Research Inc, where tasks involved somatic embryogenesis, microbiological techniques, cryopreservation, and strict adherence to GLP standards. Pawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University and pursued further education at The University of British Columbia.
