Sharon Ruschkowski

Sharon Ruschkowski has an extensive background in bioinformatics and program coordination within the field of oncology, currently serving as the Interdisciplinary Oncology Program Coordinator at BC Cancer Agency since March 2004. In this role, Sharon coordinates three graduate programs at the University of British Columbia, focusing on Bioinformatics, Genome Science, and Technology. Prior to this position, Sharon was the Pre-Clinical Laboratory Manager at QLT Inc. from May 2000 to December 2002 and held a role in the Biotechnology Laboratory at the University of British Columbia from September 1990 to May 2000. Sharon obtained an MSc in Physiology and Nutrition from the University of British Columbia (1987-1990) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan (1984-1987).
