Joelle Westlund is a passionate engagement and communications professional with 10 years of experience in the natural resources, public and non-profit sectors. As the Manager, Project Communications at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, Joelle is focused on delivering purpose-driven engagement strategies to enable meaningful participation for the public, stakeholders, communities, and Indigenous Peoples.
Having joined the BC Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2016, Joelle has been instrumental in revamping the Board’s renewal and recruitment process as Chair of the Nominations Committee. Today, Joelle is thrilled to perform the role of Vice Chair where she can continue to set the strategy for the BC Chamber and enhance Board governance practices.
