Erika Lind

Erika Lind is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration, cloud systems, and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Science World since January 2023, Erika's previous roles include Cloud Systems Administrator and Network Administrator at Creation Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining complex infrastructures and providing technical support. Prior experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Technician at Superion, Inc., and managing the helpdesk team at The John Marshall Law School. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Networking and Communications Management and an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from DeVry University, complemented by a foundation from City College of New York and North Seattle College.
