Nancy Roper

Nancy Roper has extensive experience in leadership roles within non-profit organizations, currently serving as Vice President of Development & Government Relations at Science World British Columbia since July 2018. Prior to this role, Roper held the position of Vice President of Philanthropy & Corporate Partnerships at JDRF Canada from March 2014 to June 2018 and served as Executive Director for both The Arthritis Society, BC & Yukon Division from April 2010 to 2014, as well as the Looking Glass Foundation in 2009. Earlier in their career, Roper was the Director of Regional Development for The Arthritis Society from 2003 to August 2009. Roper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Physical Health Education from Queen's University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
