Samantha Sinclair

Samantha Sinclair has extensive experience in risk and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance and General Manager at BC Invest since April 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha was the Head of Risk and Compliance at Mortgageport from September 2012 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing risk frameworks, overseeing regulatory compliance, and managing internal audit processes. Additionally, Samantha held the position of Compliance and HR Manager at Mortgageport, managing HR functions and compliance management. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Diageo from May 1996 to April 2006 and working as a graduate accountant to assistant manager at PwC from January 1990 to May 1996. Samantha holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from The Australian National University and has a foundational education from Daramalan College and St Francis Xavier High School.
