Hugo Abel Castro Duarte

Hugo Abel Castro Duarte is the Founder & CEO of BC Media Lab, a Mexican video game and creative media accelerator & production house. Hugo Abel is also the North American Regional Leader for IGDA Incubation SIG, spearheading game incubator/accelerator efforts for the US, Canada, and Mexico region. Additionally, Hugo Abel is involved in partnerships at Hyperkinetic Studios LLC and is the Co-founder & Director of Gamacon, a non-profit association supporting the video game, animation, and creative media industry in Mexico. Prior to their current roles, Hugo Abel was a Promotor at ProMéxico Los Angeles and a Gerente de Proyectos at Owens Corning.
