Alec Kaplan

Alec Kaplan is a Private Equity Associate at BC Partners, a position held since September 2023, while also serving as a Board Observer for both PetSmart and Women's Care since November and September 2023, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst at Citi within the Global Industrials Group from July 2021 to June 2023 and July 2020 to August 2020. Alec's earlier experience includes a Private Equity Internship at Linden Capital Partners and a Campus Liaison position at AIPAC. Initial exposure to the finance industry came through a Summer Intern role at Northern Trust Asset Management in 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Social Science with a focus on Economics and History from Dartmouth College, graduated Cum Laude, as well as studies at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Education was completed at University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.
