Laurian Douin

Laurian Douin joined BCP Real Estate in London in 2018 as part of the creation of BCP Real Estate.

Previously, Laurian was a managing director at Altarea Cogedim, a French listed multi-format real estate development and property company for 12 years. During his time at Altarea Cogedim, he was responsibile for office investments, was a member of the Group Executive Committee and was the CEO of AltaFund, a €650m private equity real estate fund sponsored by Altarea Cogedim. Prior to this, he was Head of Altarea Cogedim Group Corporate Finance for 4 years. In this role, Laurian was in charge of corporate development, international expansion and bank financing.

Laurian has also held roles at PwC Real Estate Corporate Finance and Andersen Real Estate Corporate Finance.
