Thibault Lauprêtre

Thibault Lauprêtre joined BCP Real Estate in London in 2018 as part of the creation of BCP Real Estate.

Previously, Thibault was a managing director at Altarea Cogedim for 11 years. During his time at Altarea Cogedim, he was responsible for mixed-use and office investments and co-lead the office asset acquisitions of Alta Fund, a €650m private equity real estate fund. Prior to this, he worked for Bouygues Group, where he was responsible for block residential sales and public finance initiative projects.

Thibault has also held roles at Kick-Start Ventures and BNP Paribas.
