Lisa Krause (Senger) is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a People and Culture Advisor at BC Place since March 2019. In this role, Lisa focuses on employee relations and engagement, facilitating focus group sessions to gather employee feedback and assist management in implementing action plans. Previously, Lisa held positions as a People Coordinator at Hootsuite and HR Coordinator at BC Place, where responsibilities included designing training programs, managing HRIS systems, and enhancing employee engagement through social events and recognition programs. Earlier experience includes co-founding TwinBuds Flowers, where Lisa developed customer satisfaction initiatives and an environmentally conscious recycling program. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
