E. Michael Saylor

E. Michael Saylor has a diverse work experience that spans from 2003 to the present. In 2003, they were a Sales Coordinator at Sigma Aldrich. In 2004, they worked as an Assistant Scientist at PPD and an Associate Scientist at Invitrogen. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Bioinformatics Program Manager at the National Institutes of Health, where they managed projects that spanned several government contracts and contributed to development of data collection standards. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Project Manager, Genomics Services at Knome Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Project Manager, Genomics Services at the Broad Institute. Since 2016, they have been employed at BC Platforms, where they have held the roles of Associate Director, Advisory; Healthcare and Life Sciences Solutions Lead, North America; Customer Success Manager; and Project Manager, Software Implementation.

E. Michael Saylor obtained a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology (Biotechnology Concentration) from James Madison University between 1999 and 2003. E. Michael then obtained an M.S. in Bioinformatics from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2008 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2018 and an EHDEN Certified OMOP Expert certification from IMI_EHDEN in October 2020.
