Michael Jelinek, MBA, has extensive experience in production and game day entertainment with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium since June 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with the game day production team and ensuring fan satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols. In addition, Michael has held multiple roles at BC Surf and Sport since August 2012, including Site Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and E-Commerce Manager, focusing on vendor relationships and inventory management. B.C. Surf & Sport began with one small store in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida over thirty-two years ago and is still owned and run today by the same surfers, skaters, and snowboarders who built the business. Since that day in 1977, we have grown to 14 locations in 6 states with over 150 associates.
