Erinn Pinkerton has a diverse work experience. Erinn started their career as a Project Analyst at R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. in 2000. Erinn then joined BC Ferries in 2001, where they served as a Business Planner and later became the Manager of Operations Administration. In 2008, Erinn joined BC Transit as the Director of Corporate & Strategic Planning, a role they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Vice President, Business Development & Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at BC Transit, before being promoted to the President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2018.
Erinn Pinkerton has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. Erinn also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lansbridge University. In addition, Erinn has a diploma in Business from Camosun College. Erinn has obtained certifications in Executive Education - People First Leadership Program from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2021 and Lean Management White Belt from the University of Victoria in 2015.
